Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Free Trial
Waitlist members receive 30 days free service upon launch. No fees apply during the trial period.
Service Limitations
While our AI systems are designed to optimize your operations, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Trucking involves inherent risks that are beyond our control.
Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, not to exceed $10,000.
Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
By You
You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice. You'll have access to export your data during this period.
By Us
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. We'll provide 30 days notice unless immediate termination is required for legal or safety reasons.
Data Retention
Upon termination, we'll provide a final data export and delete your data within 90 days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law
